MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
HAMID BAKHSHI
Founder & CEO
With a background from leading positions at companies such as Pharmacia, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Parexel, Hamid brings over 25 years of experience in the life science industry in quality affairs, clinical research and management.
In 2010, he started his entreprenual carieer which resulted
in development of now the cooperate Barnik Invest Group including Medicorent. Since 2010 Medicorent has provided the Scandinavian and European market with human resources in form of recruitment, outsourcing of specialist competence and CRO services.
SARA NIKMAN
COO/ DIRECTOR OUTSOURCING
Sara is the co-owner and operational manager at Medicorent and has over 15 years of experience in the life science industry. Sara has a background in preclinical research and development.
Since 2013, when she started at Medicorent, she has worked in several fields such as clinical research, regulatory and quality/compliance at pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, GSK and Sanofi.
Sara has run a number of different CRO projects within Medicorent and also has been managing the recruitment and outsourcing of personnel.
GISELA HELLGREN
DIRECTOR CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Gisela brings 25 years of experience in the field of clinical research from both Pharma- and CRO companies like Baxter, Parexel, Cyncron and Harrison Clinical Research holding a variety of managerial positions throughout the years. Since 2012, she started her own consulting firm and acted as consultant in several clinical projects. Gisela joined Medicorent in Jan 2023 following several years of previous collaborations in different projects.
